우리 학회에서는 ISSMGE(TC-204)와 공동주최로 아래와 같이 국제심포지엄(IS-Seoul 2014)을 개최합니다. IS-Seoul 2014는 국내 시공사, 설계사, 학계 및 연구소 등 토목업계 전반에 연약지반에서의 터널 및 지반굴착 등의 기술력과 역량을 홍보함으로써, 국내 지반공학계의 발전상을 국제적으로 인정받을 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것이라 생각합니다. 국제심포지엄의 성공적인 국내 개최를 위하여, 우리 학회 회원 여러분들의 적극적인 참여와 성원을 부탁드립니다.
