Dear colleagues,

It is our pleasure to invite you to participate to the
“International Workshop on Geomechanics and Energy”
to be held in Lausanne (Switzerland) on 26-28 November 2013, under the auspices of EAGE.

The goal of the workshop is to discuss the most recent contributions of geomechanics to various fields of energy. The areas of interest are related to geomechanical applications in (i) hydrocarbon exploration and production, (ii) interactions between wastes (nuclear, CO2, …) and earth, and (iii) geothermal energy. This workshop has general appeal to everybody involved in geomechanical engineering of energy geo-systems.
